**About the role**:
The role will include administrating various aspects of the college safeguarding offer including incoming concerns across two different systems and having oversight of the Outlook inbox.
Coordinating the sending and receiving of safeguarding files in relation to students is a key aspect of the role - ensuring that we have child protection files in a timely manner. The post involves minute taking for our team around the student meetings and other safeguarding related meetings.
Understanding and gathering data to support the reporting of safeguarding themes and volume on at least a monthly basis will be required.

This is a hybrid role where home working is accommodated, but a flexible approach would be expected to suit the business needs where required.
