**What will you be doing?**
You’ll be responsible for importing, exporting, updating and maintaining accurate customer data within Lantern’s CRM and database. You will be responsible for all customer data, processing of customer communications and the outsourcing of accurate data to third parties. You’ll be reporting to the Customer Data Manager, and be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all data is clean, accurate, concise and meets the requestor’s requirements / specification.
- Loading and on boarding of purchased portfolios onto Lantern’s CRM platform.
- Ensuring all system configuration is complete and fit for purpose.
- Sustaining the security and integrity of our customer data.
- Building / maintaining and altering any system configuration and customer templates in line with business requirement.
- Maintaining working relationships with all third-party suppliers.
- Achieving and maintaining SME status for Lantern’s CRM platform.
- Importing and exporting of data to / from Lantern’s CRM platform.
- Supporting CRM users with ad hoc requests and advising on best practice and effective ways of working.
- Taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
- Understanding operational challenges and working collectively to help overcome them.
**What you’ll need**
- Working experience of data import and export.
- Intermediate / advanced Excel skills.
- Experience of using SQL Server Management Studio (with ability to write bespoke SQL code would be an advantage).
- MS Office experience, including MS Teams.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and a strong ability to work collaboratively with different teams across the business.
- Excellent levels of attention to detail to ensure your work is accurate and of high quality.
