Summary
Our client - a highly successful, professional services firm based in Hinckley - is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.
The Role
Finance
*Primarily involved with processing of the below:
oSupplier purchase orders and invoices
oSupplier quotations and project final account
oClient sales orders
oExpenses and employee credit card reconciliation
*Support with creation of client budget estimates
*General administrative support to Finance Manager
Business
*Support with travel arrangements
*Management of CRM
*Mass mailing bi-weekly trends magazine to database
*Maintaining of office supplies
*Maintaining of communal office areas
*Maintaining company cars
*Management of incoming and outgoing post/ deliveries
*Answer incoming calls
*Management of visitors to the office
*General administrative support to Operations Manager
The Person
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance and administrative role
*Sage Line 50 essential
The Package:
*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: £13,000 - £15,600 per annum / £10.00 - 12.00 per hour.
*Holiday: 20 Days + Bank Holidays (rising in line with length of service)
*WFH: Option for hybrid working, with a laptop and supporting equipment provided.
*Pension: Auto-Enrolment Pension
