Whether you're new to the care industry or have years of experience, we will provide training and support through our learning and development programme.

**Role**

We are looking for people who are happy to attend clients homes for the full normally 12 hour shift shift within a 50 mile radius within the Wigan area, so it is essential that you are a driver with your own transport.

You will be assigned to packages on a rota basis and some shifts where you will be on to cover any unstaffed packages.

Previous care experience is not necessary, we are looking for people with the right values and attitude.

You will work closely with the people's family, friends and professionals. Together you will enable people to live independently and achieve their ambitions.

We support clients with a range of complex care conditions such as spinal cord injury, brain injury or cerebral palsy. Personal care is part of this role, which includes support with medication, toileting, bathing and support with feeding. All of our clients have different needs
