We are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals to join our friendly team in our luxury nursing home, Bradbury House, based on the RBLI Village in Aylesford.

The Meet and Greet Co-ordinator is responsible for providing a range of professional front of house services including reception cover between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through to Sunday and may include some out of hours working to support in home events. You will be the face of the home by greeting families and external visitors on arrival at Bradbury House, supporting resident engagement and support to the Senior Administrator in routine administrative duties.

**Main Duties**:

- Deliver an effective and professional telephone answering service from reception. This includes the customer focussed greeting of all incoming calls in a professional and engaging manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and promote our home vision positively at all times.
- Deliver an effective and professional meet and greet service to all people, ensuring that all people are acknowledged and greeted in a warm and professional manner.
- Signpost to other colleagues as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to our customer care.
- Support and be visible at resident events or corporate Bradbury House initiatives outside of core working hours.
- Ensure that all family and visitors to the home are supported to understand our Health & Safety and other legislative requirements in a calm and engaging manner, thus helping people to enjoy their time within the home and feel safe in our home experience.
- Support the Senior Administrator in all routine office functions as required.
- Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and ensure safe delivery of timely messages.
- Manage queries from customers and ensure signposting is accurate to answer queries satisfactorily.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Senior Administrator.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area, resident café and lobby area.
- Engage with our residents when they visit reception area; make them a beverage; chat with them; engage with their day.

**Essential Characteristic; Skill or Experience**:

- Practical working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures within a care home environment.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology and open to learning to a higher level.
- Experienced in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, in a caring but commercially focussed environment.
- Strong in verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all administrative responsibilities.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Reliable.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team player, who demonstrates positive influence on others, to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents, families and stakeholders at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.02 per hour
