**What you will be doing**:
You will join a supportive multi-disciplinary team, led by registered nurses and therapy teams to deliver individual care for people of all ages who are living with neurological and long-term conditions, including those living with physical disabilitiesand recovering from traumatic brain injuries, and providing rehabilitative care.

The centre specifically supports people who, because of their injury, have challenging and complex needs and require a neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme. This includes an element of personal care of residents and helping them with daily tasks.

Training and support are provided to ensure you can provide high-quality and progressive care and maintaining accurate records.

The service is a 24/7 environment, with 37.5 hour full time shifts, 7.30am-19.45 for day shifts and 19.30 - 07:45 for night shifts. So, you’ll have 3 or 4 days off a week, with overtime usually available for additional shifts.
