Technical Supervisor
Gi Group are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the FM service within NHS property as a Technical Services Supervisor based in London.
The role is to support the NHS property services to deliver building maintenance and repairs across the NHS. This is to ensure buildings across the NHS are maintained to the highest standards to provide safe and secure environment for visitors, customers andemployees.
**Duties**:
You will be covering various areas across London within this role, managing a team of qualified combustion and FGAS engineers overseeing PPM, reactive and remedial maintenance.
You must be competent within your own discipline as well having an appreciation and understanding of other technical disciplines, as this role requires you to manage multiple team members with different technical backgrounds. Previous supervisory experienceis advantageous.
Essential qualifications:

- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or FGAS
- Health and Safety
- Commercial experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
