**The Role**:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our team. You’ll be the key point of contact for estate agency end users, ensuring they get the most out of our estate agency software. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting users with questions and troubleshooting
- Helping customers optimize their experience with our software
- Carrying out basic office management, sales administration, and everyday finance tasks to assist the team (no prior experience necessary—full training and support will be provided)

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly
- At least 12 months of experience as an estate agent, looking to transition into a customer service role in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Local to the area, with a full UK driving license
- A team player who thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic setting

Pay: £23,423.00-£24,091.00 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
