Oxbury is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors. We operate from our offices in Norwich, Cambridge and Chelmsford and act for Clients throughout the East, East Midlands, South East of England and Greater London area, providing the full range ofCost Management (Quantity Surveying), Employer's Agent and Project Management services for a wide spectrum of public, private and commercial clients. Contracts range in size from £50k to over £100m in value.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Surveyor / Employer's Agent to join our team in Norwich. The role will include providing services on a range of exciting and innovative projects including zero carbon, Passivhaus and modular construction, residentialand mixed-use schemes. Working with both the residential and commercial teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several projects. This includes responsibility for project delivery, achieving targets, resolving issues with clients andinvoicing. You'll work as part of a Director-led team with appropriate administrative and technical support and you'll be responsible for training and supervising more junior members of the team.

You'll need to have a Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree or post-graduate qualification, or other relevant RICS/CIOB accredited degree, and ideally you'll be MRICS qualified or hold another relevant professional qualification. You'll havesignificant experience in the role of a Project Surveyor or Employer's Agent with a private practice or consultancy; and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, design and build and NEC procurement and contract administration. You'll have experiencein the commercial / industrial and residential sectors and if you've worked in other sectors that would be a bonus.
