We are expanding our team as part of continuous improvement and growth, and we are looking for experienced welders/fabricators who want to join our modern facility in Barnsley.

We are searching for committed team players with an emphasis on flexibility, productivity, and continuous improvement.

**The role**:
You will be required to work within a professional team responsible for welding compactors and bailers.

This is a permanent role based on 35 hours a week with a flexible start between 6 am -7.30 am. We offer competitive pay rates, regular overtime, performance bonuses, and 22 days of holidays which increases with service, plus bank holidays and weekends off.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Apprentice trained with a minimum of 3 years post-training experience
- Fully conversant with the MIG welding process
- Experience in using Jigs and assembly features for high-quality manufacturing components
- TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential

**Working Hours and Salary**
- Hourly rate £16.22
- Day shift, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 6 am - 7.30 am
- 35 hours working week
- Regular overtime
- Bank Holidays off
- Weekend off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
