Pure Resourcing Solutions are working with this leading Norfolk employer to recruit a key role within the finance leadership team. As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for undertaking the Financial lead of your designated business area's, you willwork closely with the wider Finance team on group reporting, transactional processing and auditing. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will take overall responsibility of the operational and commercial finance aspects of your division which hasrevenues of 25million.
You will be an inspirational leader, motivating and managing a team of finance professionals, including Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants, to monitor the overall financial performance within your portfolio, identifying areas of success, developmentand risk mitigation whilst offering support, guidance, and direction.
We are looking for you to contribute a blend of professional training, commercial experience, and financial knowledge to the position, highlighted by:

- Recognised professional finance / accounting qualification and ongoing membership, including ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Significant experience within a senior finance position, demonstrating commercial acumen with an emphasis on financial due diligence, financial modelling, and business planning.
- Ability to think strategically, assessing information and impact affecting local and wider business teams.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplined finance team.
- Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with and presenting information to senior management including directors and the board.
- Capable providing input to business strategy, with experience driving short and long term strategy plans.
