We support vulnerable adults to achieve independence with every-day living tasks and promote a'can do’ approach to new ideas, achieving fun filled and varied person-centred activities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting people to develop independence and life skills.
- Help develop person centred plans for the people we support.
- Ensuring that record-keeping is maintained and updated in an accurate, timely and confidential manner.
- Provide personal care where needed whilst helping to maintain independence?
