**Deputy Director of Clinical Services | Competitive salary dependant on experience | Full time hours, no nights | Cheam, Sutton**

Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London. We have six operating theatres coving a wide range of specialities and procedure including Ortho, Gynae and Cardio.

**Duties and responsibilities**

**As deputy Director of Clinical Services your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- To provide support to the Senior Management Team in the development and delivery of quality patient centred services.
- To deputise for the Director of Clinical Services
- To contribute to the development and delivery of the hospital's clinical strategy, leading on quality and implementation of local and national initiatives.
- Take lead responsibility for Clinical Services within the hospital as agreed with Director of Clinical Services.

**Who we're looking for**
- Registered Nurse or AHP
- Evidence of post registration professional development '“ clinical or managerial
- Experience at a senior level
- Management of change and new services and staff
- Consultant engagements
- Experience in supporting the commercial development of clinical services including supporting the creation of new business and innovative opportunities.
- Experience with HR policies and procedures, particularly Performance Review
