Customer Contact Transformation is a key element of our client’s transformation portfolio, which will deliver a shift in strategy and enable an effortless joined-up experience for their customers - regardless of channel choice.

To support them on this journey we’re looking for a proven Programme Manager, or Senior Project Manager, who has delivered large-scale transformation within a contact centre environment. Please note this is a hybrid working role and is a 12-month Fixed TermContract.

**Our Client Is Looking For**

Given the nature of the role, we’re looking for a proven Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills who can bring:

- Proven ability to lead and deliver customer contact transformation projects.
- A 'tool box’ approach to programme/project management, recognising different methodologies and approaches will suit different projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, matrix management, and communication skills as you’ll be engaging with contact centre staff through to board-level.
