*Mobile Mechanical Engineer - £39,000 - Bristol *

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week

Our client has an opportunity for a service engineer to join their successful maintenance division covering a site in Exeter. Our client is a leading FM company that can offer the successful an opportunity to develop their skills and expertise.
- Must have the following experience; HVAC, A/C, steam generators, heating and cooling systems, knowledge and experience on AHUs, motors, valves, strainers, belts, and all other duties from a mechanical fitter
- Plumbing repairs and Planned Maintenance work, breakdown maintenance and diagnosing faults including a degree of new installation work.
- Repair and renewal of Cold Water Systems, pipe work, pumps, valves, filters, fittings taps etc
- Inspection, cleaning, chlorinating, repair and renewal of Water storage tanks
- M&E / PPM Experience
