Overview
Role: Interim Manager
Hours: Full Time
Contract Length: 3 months initially, with a view to extend
Rate of Pay: Up to £450 per day depending on experience
The service provides high quality, person centred support for adults with Mental Health needs or may have a dual diagnosis, with a focus on helping each individual reach their full potential. The Experience managing in a Mental Health/Learning Disabilitiessetting is essential.
Experience Required
- Proven experience managing a home or residential service for residents with Mental Health needs or other complex needs
- A demonstrable record of CQC compliance as a Care Home Manager
- Experience in increasing and maintaining occupancy levels within a care home
- An NVQ in Social Care Management
- Track record of successfully managing a team of Social Care staff
- Right to work in the UK
