20-24hrs per week

Shifts 5:30am til 2pm & 8am - 2pm 3-4 shifts per week inc Weekends

**JOB PURPOSE**
- To provide a polite, effective and efficient service for customers.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the bake off is adequately stocked in accordance with company policy
- Moving stock from freezers and checking stock required.
- Assisting colleagues in checking off deliveries to delivery notes
- Serve customers in a sensitive, polite and considerate manner.
- Following detailed instructions to bake-off and heat up products
- Maintaining excellent standards of Food Hygiene
- Cleaning equipment used in food preparation
- Pricing products
- Serving customers at the hot food counter
- First point of contact for enquiries/complaints from customers, resolving issues

where possible and passing to a manager or supervisor where appropriate.
- Ensure the Food to Go area is maintained in a clean and tidy manner:

- Cleaning up rubbish.
- Ensuring items are in the right place.
- Clearing up spillages, maintaining a consciousness both of Food Safety and

Health and Safety implications.
- Any other duties commensurate with the job.

**Salary Information**:
