Our Business Transformation is an 8-year programme which will initially simplify and standardise our processes, build a culture of change, improve our performance and build the capabilities across our business to ensure we are fit for the future and deliver our ambitious SSE strategy.

**Base Location**: Glasgow, Perth or Edinburgh

**Salary**: £44,100 - £66,100 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key responsibilities of the Transformation and Change PMO are:

- Develop and maintain one co-ordinated transformation programme plan, including key milestones and a critical path where necessary across our business.
- Integration partner across functions and departments for one consolidated plan and co-ordinate and manage the reporting of totaliser portfolio and reporting of pipeline and delivery of benefits with finance managers.
- Develop and maintain a PMO framework to manage identified workstreams and improvement projects.
- Act as the coordinator of the high-level Business Change/Transformation Steering Group, managing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs etc.
- Act as the focal point for monthly progress reports on key tasks and actions involved in the Business Change & Transformation programme.
- Work in partnership with risk team to incorporate the key risk associated to growth into the programme office review.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Experience of providing effective PMO services to support successful project delivery.
- Experience of the Implementation of programme and project management standards, processes and guidelines, and their continual development to meet organisational need.
- Experience of portfolio / project resource management reporting and analysis.
- Development and delivery of status reports to Senior Management.
- Workshop facilitation including with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent PowerBI, MS Project, Powerpoint & MS Teams skills to produce reports, presentations and analysis.
