**Customer are Coordinator - Defects Manager Position at Rendall & Rittner (HA9) - BUILD TO RENT**

**Working Hours** - 4on 2off, 07.00 hrs to 15.30 hrs (E) & 15.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs (L)
**Salary** - £32,000 - £33,000

**Contract** - Permanent

Your working environment?**

This role will be based at a development which is located near the iconic Wembley Stadium. With circa 365 residential units this high end mixed use new build development offers a number of facilities on dedicated entertainments floors such as restaurantsand bars. Nearest transport link Wembley Park station (Jubilee Line & Metropolitan Line).
