Supplying many of the leading retailers, Zak UK is going from strength to strength and looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Coordinator to support the supply chain team and share in its success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Taking ownership of several retailer accounts, ensuring all product requirements are met and delivered on-time
- Supporting the New Product Development/ Sale Teams with sourcing projects to obtain accurate costings from suppliers
- Raising customer purchase orders and arranging payments using ERP system
- Work closely with 3PL provider to ensure all orders go out complete and on time
- To review costs and actively look to reduce costs related to procurement and warehousing
- Administrative duties including invoicing, completing new line forms, updating, and maintaining internal systems, monitoring warehouse costs
- Adhoc reporting and data analysis
- Creating all relevant paperwork for freight shipments
- Participation of internal and buyer supply chain meetings

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a procurement, supply chain, logistics, or project management role
- Highly efficient in time management, having an organised approach to workload and project management
- Excellent analytical and excel skills
- Understanding balance between customer and commercial needs
- Ability to present ideas and results clearly and effectively and to influence decision making
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player
