WE ARE HIRING

Opportunity exists for a kitchen assistant to work alongside a successful hard-working kitchen team within our award
- winning Palominos Restaurant at Ingliston Country Club & Hotel.
- Assisting Chefs where required
- Opening and /or closing of kitchens in accordance with kitchen safety management systems
- Support and maintain general cleanliness of all kitchens
- Show due diligence towards kitchen cleanliness
- Understanding of safe working practices
- Delivery sign-off when required
- Stock rotation when required
- Ability to work as a crucial part of the kitchen team
- Ability to carry out tasks to the expected standard unsupervised
- Willingness to learn, progress and develop their career
- Flexible working hours

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
