**About the role**

As an Assistant Property Officer for the Forestry, Amenity & Lands Directorate you will play a key role in supporting the Directorate’s management team in the delivery of property and infrastructure (civils) management objectives to provide a safe and well-maintained estate for all to enjoy.

You will assist with planning, coordinating and leading appointed contractors with various projects, whilst being able to identify and address specific technical and structural matters, non-routine problems and day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with recognised industry standards and codes of practice, health and safety legislation and the Isle of Man Government’s financial regulations.
