**Purpose of the Role**:
Studio White is a sophisticated, luxury Event Planning agency based in Knightsbridge, London. The company are looking to scale up in the sector, so they are looking to recruit a talented and experienced mid - senior level Event Producer to join their sociable team.
**Key Objectives**:
**_To plan, produce & deliver bespoke events to the highest possible standard within an agreed budget._**
Act as the main point of contact for the client, liaising with them through the planning process, providing continual progress updates along with all necessary revised documentation/budgets, adhering to their wishes and addressing any concerns they may have.
Negotiate with key suppliers’ contractors, ensuring the best team is chosen to produce each event, liaising with the chosen contractor throughout the planning process to ensure the end goal is delivered as promised and to the highest standard and within budget.
Design & manage realistic timelines, ensuring these are adhered to by all involved.
Actively monitor expenditure & cash flow for each event, including handling of all
Client & contractor invoicing, forecasting & general budget management.
Take ownership of any arising issues & find suitable solutions and sort any logístical or operational matters.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other members of the team to bring budgets, proposals, timelines etc together and in a presentable manner to show to clients.
**Person Specification**:
Presentable, eloquent, sociable, and charismatic with previous experience in event organisation, ideally from an event agency background with experience planning large budget events for high-net-worth individuals and luxury brands. Experience in destination events is desirable. An excellent communicator, confident, friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude. The ability to speak publicly in front of Clients, colleagues, contractors, suppliers to provide pre & post event briefings. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task, think on their feet, and always remain calm & level-headed. Able to manage & lead a team, as well as co-produce and assist on larger scale events. Possess strong IT proficiency, (ideally MAC based skills) to produce proposals/budgets/plans and other documentation for clients & contractors. Flexibility to work on events both overseas and in the UK outside of normal office hours.
