**About the Role**
As a **Student Accommodation Assistant**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily communicating through online platforms and phone. You will be part of a friendly and supportive customer service team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online platforms and phone.
- Maintaining a patient, professional, and positive attitude when assisting customers.
- Handling day-to-day customer requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing customer relations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Supporting the team in maintaining accurate, timely, and well-organized records.
- Providing clear information and suggestions to address customer concerns.
- Collaborating with the Tenancy, Lettings, and Property Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and process improvements to enhance customer service operations.
**About You**
- Fluent in both **English and Mandarin** (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in **administration, business development, or customer service**is preferred.
- Knowledge of the **UK property market** and tenancy regulations is an advantage.
- Strong track record in **building and maintaining client relationships**.
- Experience working with **international students** and an understanding of their needs is beneficial.
- Strong **organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills**.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- **Excellent attention to detail** and ability to multitask effectively.
**Desirable Skills (Optional but Beneficial)**
- Familiarity with **student accommodation services** or property management.
- Ability to handle **conflict resolution** and challenging situations professionally.
**Schedule**:
Monday-Friday; 9:30-18:00; 8 hours shift
