Join our client's team as a Recruitment Engagement Officer to oversee key recruitment projects in building their brand and increasing awareness of our client as an employer. This role involves a varied range of projects, including helping them achieve theirequality, diversity and inclusion goals by enhancing their recruitment processes. Our client works to improve medical education and practice nationwide and this role provides a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and positive service that makes adifference to doctors and patients across the UK.

You’ll have the opportunity to work at home and on-site in their modern offices in Manchester city centre (hybrid working). You will also be required to travel to other locations across the UK, such as London to ensure that there is an impact on their prospectivediverse talent pools across all our client's locations.

With support and direction, you will have the confidence to research and identify new opportunities and tools that will optimise their recruitment efforts to reach under-represented groups. You should have the experience and knowledge of widening participation,social inclusion and equal opportunities in recruitment, together with an up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practice, the employment markets and legislation.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the self-confidence to deliver engagement activities to a diverse range of audiences. An ability to develop relationships and establish credibility quickly is key and you will be expectedto work as part of a team and foster excellent working relationships with your colleagues.
