We’re hoping to find a talented, experienced designer who is looking for responsibility, client contact and leadership opportunities. In terms of your background, you may have worked clientside or in an agency environment. Experience of retail design projectsis essential and sharing our beliefs in sustainability would be a big advantage.

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced interior designer to join our 3D team. The role will include the following aspects:

- Working with clients and the Client Management team to understand the requirements of each creative brief and working with your colleagues in the design team to deliver the best possible response
- Leading the development of initial concepts into physical environments - providing the necessary visuals, plans and information, as well as attending meetings on-site where necessary, to ensure the end results are true to the initial vision.
- Management of junior design team members to encourage their own growth
- Continually looking for opportunities to improve the way we work and operate creatively and collaboratively so that our work is consistently high quality
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients

What we’d like you to bring:

- Degree-level education in a relevant design discipline.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to share your ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an excellent command of English.
- Proven experience of working on UK design projects.
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Sketchup and rendering software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A love of teamwork, plus the confidence and self-motivation to work under your own steam when necessary.
- An interest in working from our design studio in Central Manchester alongside the other members of the design team.
