**37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday**
Pertemps in Kettering are recruiting for experienced conveyancers for our Market Harborough based client. As an Experienced Conveyancer in one of our established teams, you will play a valuable part in contributing to the first class service provided to clientsand other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters, within a high volume residential conveyancing environment.

There will also be an expectation that you will strengthen and build on your relationship with Clients and Third Parties, putting them at the heart of what we do. The main purpose of this role is to effectively run a conveyancing caseload and perform a fullrange of tasks associated with these files, within specified timescales.
In this role you will effectively manage a caseload with mínimal supervision, until your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases. You will also have responsibility to provide effective administrative and conveyancing support, to suitthe Team / Business needs.
Depending on the level you may be expected to assist the Conveyancing Manager with training, coaching and mentoring of the junior members of the team and any other management tasks as and when required.
- You will also continue to learn all aspects of the conveyancing process. Training will continue to be available and divided into conveyancing, case management and compliance modules. These modules will provide a theory based and practical approach to covereach of these topics in greater detail, allowing the process to be understood in its entirety. You will also continue to receive on Team training, coaching and mentoring daily.
