**Responsibilities**:

- Development & execution of sourcing & recruiting strategy
- Identify/clarify hiring specifications, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop TA action plans
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity- Use social networking and online tools to proactively communicate with passive talent
- Identify, participate in or lead the planning of Talent Acquisition events, inclusive of schools and universities, conferences, networking groups and associations, and more
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning existing ones

**Required Skills**:

- Build strong consultative relationships with business unit leaders and managers in order to understand business priorities and anticipate recruiting needs
- Demonstrate a consultative style, providing relevant metrics and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers
- Monitor the ever-changing interview and hire legal updates, notifying appropriate stakeholders, as needed
- Lead interview teams through debriefs and support in making hiring decisions
- Follow up with new starters at 90-day mark to ensure smooth transitions while fostering a positive company culture

Preferred Skills:

- Cover for absent staff in the team within the remit of the job accountabilities.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks that are relevant to the operation of the department
- Attend relevant training identified to ensure duties are performed efficiently
- Detail-oriented, accurate and precise approach to work
- Good timekeeper and able to meet deadlines.
- ‘Can do’ and flexible approach to a variety of duties
- Willing to learn and interested in the product and the business
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or equivalent

Qualifications:

- 5 + years of experience in a VFX recruiting role.
- Robust experience in recruiting for technical and artistic related positions, preferably within post-production or entertainment-related company- Able to organize own workload
- Proven customer service experience (either internal or external)

**Education**:

- High School education or equivalent required.
- BA/BS in applicable field preferred.
