**Fraud Contact Centre Agent - Banking**
We are currently working with a bank who are looking to hire multiple Fraud Customer Service Agents on an interesting and exciting project. This is an initial 6 month contract paying **£130 a day.**This is a hybrid working position which will require you to be in the Sheffield**office 2-3 days a week**. There will be an option for temp to perm after the first 6 months.
The hours are 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and twice a month working a weekend day and having a week day off in lieu (of your choice)
If you would prefer you can choose to work 8am - 6pm but the working days would be Thursday - Sunday and you would be paid £162 per day (through Umbrella company)
This is a great opportunity for anyone who has financial services experience who would like to start/continue their career within Financial Crime in a banking environment. This role will be a telephony based role acting as a first point of contact for customersin regards to fraud.
Skills and Experience
- MUST HAVE experience working within the Financial Services sector
- MUST HAVE experience working in a role which requires telephony based customer contact.
- A good telephone manner
- A strong work ethic and highly self motivated
- Good listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
