Carnival UK has big plans for the future As a world-leading cruise company, our people are our world. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced communications manager to work in our awesome Employee Communications Team. This is a 12 Months FTC.

**The Role**

As the Employee Communications Manager you’ll be responsible for delivering multiple internal communications campaigns across a variety of channels, to an international audience, both ship and shore. Your carefully crafted communications will help driveemployee engagement in line with our business priorities (such as wellbeing, inclusion, our culture and purpose) and external news flow, highlighting opportunities to align messaging.

**About You**

You’ll need to have great campaign management, planning and execution skills, be a natural communicator and writer with a good grasp on digital channels. Also you will have great people skills to support stakeholders find the right communications outcome.

You’ll be an individual who’s able to work at pace in an ever changing environment and of course, conflicting deadlines (sounds like an average day in communications right?). We get to talk travel, creating unforgettable holiday happiness, ships (not boats)and help to create a real buzz amongst our people. With this in mind, you’ll be creative and genuinely care about your colleagues and their employee experience. (We don’t ask for much).
