**JOB TITLE**: Senior Materials and Logistics Coordinator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaising daily with Operations and Project Management teams regarding lookaheads, material requirements / status's and work schedules.
- Focal point for ERP systems from a material perspective. Updating stock movements in ERP systems where required.
- Working alongside Freight Forwarders to ensure timely delivery of material from international hubs to end destination.
- Onshore focal point for all offshore material requirements.
- Maintaining all relevant material trackers and project reporting tools.
- Liaising with third party vendors regarding material hire, shipment and off hire.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Experience in similar materials management roles ideally within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Significant experience of using Inventory Management systems.
- Experience in tracking inventory values desirable.
- Experience of using Inventory Management and Equipment Tacking systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inventory Management Systems.
- Experience in working with international freight forwarders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to design complex reports and carry out a root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of HMRC regulations related to the movement of materials to/from the UKCS.
- Strong communicator who works effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, able to use own initiative.
- Understanding of a condition-based inventory valuation model.
- Highly organised & detail orientated individual.
- Must be flexible in approach to work, conscientious in the control of documentation and possess the ability to change priorities as and when the business needs dictate.
