As one of our Labourers you will be assisting our Roofer carrying our roof related repairs and work alongside other trade operatives on our?properties. You will help to carry out work to empty (void) properties and communal areas, occasionally working withmechanical and electrical hand tools.

You will be working in the Cambridgeshire region.

The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday.

**More about you**

We are looking for someone with initiative, comfortable with working at height and an interest in learning new skills.
- A driving licence is essential
- Experience working with and around tradespeople
- Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- A minimum CCS qualification is required
