YMCA Childcare Blinco Grove is an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ setting in Cambridge, providing childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years.

Our nursery is open 51 weeks a year, between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are easy to get to, with good train & bus links. There is free on street parking nearby.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and committed Room Leader to join our dedicated team and lead our Pre-School Room.
- Can you sing out of tune?
- Can you tell the story of “We are going on a Bear hunt” without the book?
- Are you happy to jump in muddy puddles, and to sing in the rain?
- Do you like to get messy?
- Can you sit on small chairs and pretend to eat plastic food?

If you answered yes and would like to receive a signing on bonus of £500 following successful completion of your probation, you may be just the person we have been searching for.
- You will also hold a full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent) and have working knowledge of the EYFS.
- You will have the ability to lead a team with the support of the Room Leader and work alongside other practitioners - sharing ideas, role modelling and supporting their professional development is a must.
- You will have a genuine respect for our children and families, offering support and guidance in their Early Years and are motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times.

**Days and Hours You will be **contracted to work 38 hours per week - over 4 days. Your day off will be agreed on offer of employment. (We are open to Flexible Working options, including Term Time Only, reduced / increased days).

**Salary and Benefits **Annual Salary £26201 (£13.26 per hour) plus a *£500 sign on bonus. We value our teams and offer the following additional benefits.
