We have a vacancy for a Care Practitioner to be employed on a permanent basis. Hours of work are an average of 34 hours per week. Working a mixture of early, and late shifts including working every second weekend.

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential as is a warm and caring approach, with good verbal and written communication skills together with an ability to work on your own initiative and with a “can do” attitude.

The duties are varied and no two shifts will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. As Care Practitioner you will lead your team ensuring that service users are receiving a good standard of person centred care. You will also be responsible for the administration of medications.

**Rate of pay is**: £11.77 per hour

You should be SSSC registered or able to commit to registering after completion of three months of employment.
