**Outside IR35* AWS Technical Architect - Oil & Gas - £800 - £900 per day - Fully Remote**
**Overview**:
A leading Oil & Gas organisation are currently recruiting for a AWS Technical Architect to join their team on a 6-12 month contract. You will be responsible for defining and governing the technical architecture and design of internal platforms.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the definition and communication of a shared technical and architectural vision of end-to-end designs spanning platforms and domains.
- Use documentation tools to capture, curate, and maintain architecture designs and all forms of documentation.
- Ensure effective cost controls are baked into the design.
- Collaborate across the entire platform and domain teams as well as the IM group to shape the solution architecture, elaborating the solution and its interfaces, validating technology assumptions, designs and prototypes, evaluating implementation alternatives,and supporting a continuous delivery pipeline.
**Skills & Experience**:

- Deep knowledge technical solution architecture and experience working with demanding
architecture standards.
- Experience of working with agile engineering teams and delivering solutions in a cloud
environment (AWS) leveraging platform capabilities.
Good industry experience working in either - Oil & Gas, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Manufacturing.
**Rate/Duration**:

- £800 - £900 per day Outside IR35
- Fully Remote
- 6-12 month contract
