Right now, we’re looking to develop new partnerships—and providing sample products is important in that. We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Samples Coordinator to take ownership of Samples processes and play an important role in our ongoing commercial development.**

**The role**

Joining the GTM Team, you’ll deliver our samples plan according to the seasonal business calendar. You’ll be an important player in the GTM product launch procedure and a key point of contact for all sample-related queries. That’s no surprise—involved in all aspects of sample management from order management to delivery and processing payment orders, you’ll be fully up to speed on everything that goes on in your corner of the business.

You’ll have tools at your disposal to help you in your duties, chiefly SAP, our Samples System and Samples App. These you’ll use for storing accurate customer and vendor information, as well as collating regional demand. You’ll make the samples process seamless for our customers, reporting any issues to the GTM Business Manager and recording them in the relevant app to keep customers and colleagues in the loop.

By anticipating problems before they occur and always delivering what our customers need, you’ll support more profitable business relationships with all our commercial partners. You’ll also have the visibility to really show your worth here—and that’s when great things can happen in your career.

**About you**

With experience in purchase order management and reporting on large data sets, you’ll have an outstanding track record when it comes to organisation, administration and delivering to customers. Microsoft Office (especially Excel) will be second nature, and you’ll have a good working knowledge of SAP purchasing, purchase order processes and business calendars.
