I am working with an American multinational independent Investment Bank looking to hire experienced VPs to join both their and Tech team in London to assist in the firm's continued growth. If you are a senior Investment Banking Associate or VP looking tojoin a platform with a passion for growing companies in the Technology space, this would be a great opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Playing key leadership roles in the transaction execution process
- Taking responsibility for deal execution of industry-specific transactions
- Maintaining client relations during the deal execution period and building industry-specific or product-specific expertise.
- Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses.
- Preparing and delivering presentations.
- Assisting in all steps of the transaction process.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- 6+ years of M&A experience from a reputable Investment Bank or Tech Boutique.
- Sector-specific experience in Tech/TMT.
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Right to work in the UK
