**0600 to 1400 hours £12.10**

**Rota based, working 5 Days out of 7 *including weekends**

**Based in Amesbury

**Our Client**

TJ Morris is a family run business, with their Head Office based in Liverpool. They have two large Home Bargains Distribution Centres with the largest being based in Amesbury.

There are over 550 stores across the UK with a target of increasing to 700 by 2024. This is a rapidly growing company and there are lots of benefits for their staff.

The Amesbury Warehouse is one million square foot in capacity.

**The Role**

The role of Warehouse Operative involves using a caddy system. The caddy is pre-programmed to travel around the warehouse on a monorail system. Once logged into, the caddy will direct itself and you to the locations where the items that are required need to be picked.

The system is advanced enough that if you place the wrong item or the weight is wrong, it will inform you.

Due to the delivery schedules for the retail customers, the role is targeted, and it is a very physical role.
- The role involves:

- Picking and packing
- Loading and unloading
- Pallet stacking
- Heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

To help you be successful in this role, you will receive up to two days of paid induction training.
