Star Platforms is based in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire and is one of the fastest-growing powered access hire companies in the UK. We currently have seven depots across the company - Northwest, Kent, Luton, Reading, Midlands, Anglia and Southwest.

We are looking to recruit an experienced IPAF Instructor to deliver training courses to both internal and external delegates with a primary focus on our Luton, Midlands and Thetford regions.

**Role, responsibilities & duties will include**:

- Prepare & deliver IPAF training courses as required across designated regions
- Ensure all training adheres to industry standards.
- Always working to the highest standards within Health & Safety & company expectations
- Undertake training assessments with the completion of all relevant documentation in line with service-level agreements
- Liaise and support the internal training department to promote best practices in training and assessment delivery
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and line managers and provide training and assessment support as required
- Assist in planning and general administration across the training department
- Minimum of 3 years MEWP operating experience
- IPAF instruction qualification
- Evidence of Acceptable Instructional Techniques training
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for learning
- Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise within a changing environment.
- Confident and positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel are essential)
- A strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues and customers alike.
