**Job description**
We are looking for an experienced part time Administrator to join our Finance team, based at our Head Office in Bury.
This role is to assist with the smooth running of the Accounts function.
This role will involve working closely with the Finance Manager and the Finance Assistant to ensure all weekly tasks are completed consistently to a high standard and the business achieves continuity of service.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Data inputting
- Assisting the Finance team with accounting duties
- Spreadsheet management
- Finance Administration
- Assisting the Finance Manager and the Finance Assistant with ad-hoc duties.
- Competency on the accounts administration tasks
**Skills Required**:
- Strong Administration skills
- Willingness to learn
- An interest in Finance and Accounting (desired)
- Prioritising of workload
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to plan ahead

Hours of work are 20 hours per week, this will include a Monday. Example week Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri10am-3pm, £14,000pa, Full training given, on-site parking, additional attractive benefits.
