**Front of House Team Member**

**_Part-time role: 15-20 hours of work_**

Our front of house staff members will be positive and happy characters who are passionate about wellbeing and love to take care of themselves inside and out. You have to love food, and love seeing the reaction when giving people great food that’s good for you, we will help you as much as we can to help you keep calm under pressure and busy periods, growth and development in and out of business hours is all we want for you here at LYFBAR.

**What you will be doing**:

- Adding Input to and creating systems
- Cleaning, making sure the front of the restaurant is clean and presentable
- Serving Customers
- Making Coffees
- Attend meetings and training
- Working on POS Systems
- Providing excellent customer service
- Replenishing stock
- Provide all customers with accurate orders, including condiments as required for their meal
- Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly and neatly presented
- Keep the eating area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly
- Answer customer queries or promptly direct customer complaints to the manager
- Recognise and act on individual customer needs e.g. parents with children, elderly and disabled customers
- Making smoothies and Juices
- Light amounts of kitchen duties i.e washing and prepping & cleaning

**Salary**: £6.56-£9.50 per hour
