Location: Bromsgrove or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000

The role of the Estimator - Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors will involve:

- Estimator position producing estimates for a fabricated range of predominantly aluminium windows & doors and curtain walling systems
- Producing estimates for main contractors within the commercial industry
- Preparing accurate estimates in line with enquiries
- Liaising with internal sales team who pass on the enquiries
- Ensuring that the contract breakdown is filed on the internal system
- Typical project sizes £100,000 - £1.5m
- 3 days a week working from West Midlands office, 2 days per from home
- Reporting into the Sales Director

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors with:

- Must have estimating experience within the fenestration market sector, may also consider facades & cladding experience
- Ideally will be familiar with LogiKal or Window Designer V6
- Must have some understanding of curtain walling, windows or doors
- Aluminium systems or fenestration industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail and great organisational skills
