**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, assisting in food preparation, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support chefs in various culinary tasks, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Adhere to all food hygiene practices and maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for the culinary arts is key.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills within the culinary field.

Pay: £11.44-£16.14 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
