_**Starting salary of £21,000**_ - **Remote Role (can be office based if preferred)**_ - **Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm (8 hour shifts)**_ **Role Overview - What Can I Expect?** Our Arrears Executives are passionate about delivering the very best customer service, to every customer on every call. Your role is to support customers who are in a debt recovery process, finding the best possible solution whilst helping to reduce any worries they may have. You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls, as well as taking responsibility for any administration support required from each call. Typically, your role will mean you'll have conversations with customers regarding the reasons behind their financial situation, completing income and expenditure assessments to review their affordability, and set up sustainable payment arrangements to bringthe customer out of arrears and into a better financial position. **What's it like being part of the Target Family?** You will be fully supported by a Team Leader and Expert in the form of regular 121's, huddles and coaching sessions.
