**The Package for the Finance Case Manager**
- Starting salary of £21,500

**Duties for the Finance Case Manager**
- Completing checks on all customers to check the finance is affordable and meeting company criteria
- Checking full identity checks to avoid any fraudulent activity
- Checking over bank statements, wage slips to establish income
- Completing expenditure forms
- Checking all sale documentation has been uploaded to dealerships
- Completing pre-sign up calls to customers and dealerships

**Skills required for the Finance Case Manager**
- We want to hear from you if you have experience working in contact centre environment which has involved outbound calls
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be a huge advantage
- Educated to GCSE level - minimum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you will have a car due to location, however free shuttle bus is available from the Birchwood Train Station
