We’re seeking a genuinely friendly caring and compassionate Care Worker to join our close-knit team of carers at Birchwood Care Services.

Our clients rely on visits so it’s important the chosen person is reliable and wants to make a genuine, important difference to the lives of others. Caring is a vocation for us and will be for you too.

We truly value our staff, so you’ll receive a sign on bonus of £275 and a loyalty bonus scheme, plus everyone receives a quarterly retail or gift voucher to spend how they wish.

Inductions and DBS checks are paid for by us and if you refer someone to a role, you’ll get a referral bonus of £275. We can also offer career progression opportunities.

- We’re seeking someone who lives in or near Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells or
surrounding area.
- What you will need is care and compassion for other people, if you have these
qualities, we would like to meet you.

Desired Skills:

- To excel in this Care Worker role, you will need to be friendly and caring as well as supportive, working well within a team environment.
- Transport and a full driving licence will be essential as the role is caring in the community.

Our clients, who are mostly elderly, live in and around the Tunbridge Wells area, and this Care Worker role will assist with most aspects of daily living including:

- Help with personal care and dressing
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Help with medication
- Providing social companionship and being that regular reliable person our clients look forward to seeing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

**Salary**: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
