**Management Accountant | Independent Creative Agency | Central London**

Harmonic are delighted to partner exclusively with a rapidly growing Independent Creative Agency based in Soho, Central London. Despite only being established in 2018, they are quickly becoming one of the most well renowned names in the Creative Agency &Television space, working to grow their highly reputable client base and continue their award-winning work. They are very much a values led agency, and care passionately about the work they do to make a difference both commercially and culturally.

**The Role**:
Reporting directly into an ACA qualified Financial Controller, the role has been created to strengthen the finance function, where you will work with and mentor the Finance Assistant to make process improvements. The role takes full ownership of the ManagementAccounts process including posting accruals, analysis of movements, comparison to budget and production of monthly packs. You will also be working with Production Managers in TV as well as Producers and Account Management in advertising to oversee spends onproductions. The opportunity is exceptionally broad, where you will be instrumental in helping to drive efficiencies and making a more robust finance function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the Management Accounts process (accruals, movement analysis, budget comparison & monthly pack production).
- Assistance with budgeting & forecasting
- Designing the balance sheet reconciliation process
- Act as a key contact for auditory and statutory accounts process
- Manage the Finance Assistant and oversee AP processes
- Reconcile costs on finished projects and help manage over & underspends
- Receivables & cash management
- Ad hoc duties where required

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good all-rounder, proactive, team player

**What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills)**:

- Previous Agency experience

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Salary**:£50,000 - £60,000
