Quantity Surveyor

We are currently partnered with a multi award winning Facilities Management Construction provider, who are expanding their team, seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Redditch. You'll benefit from a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, privatehealthcare and much more.
The role of Quantity Surveyor:

- To guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
- To provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants and suppliers.
- To Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved
- To Agree subcontractor valuations and payments.
- Ensure that the contract is properly informed as to the commercial and financial position so it can best make business decisions.

I would love to hear from a Quantity Surveyor who has:

- Experience in the Facilities Management sector (preferred not essential)
- HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying (including a commercial placement)
- Experience in both minor/maintenance works & major project contracts.
- Full UK Driving License
