We are looking for a conscientious, outgoing and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure. We require oral and written communications to be of a high standard. We offer a large and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress in the future within the company, full training is always given. Hours are 8:30am till 5pm with 1 hour lunch unpaid.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

- Administrative support to our external Area Sales Managers.
- Completing quotations with managed stats
- Processing orders.
- To liaise with other departments in order to satisfactorily handle enquiries.
- To enter and action sales leads and opportunities proactively and progress where necessary.
- To take responsibility for keeping accurate and up to date customer database records.

Essential skills:

- Good time management
- Hardworking, methodical and organised
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Accurate with attention to detail
- To work individually but also as a team player

Desired skills:

- Sage skills will be advantageous but in house training will be provided
