**Job Summary**

Creative Brand Design currently have a vacancy in the company for a full-time project coordinator role.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing digital agency, working in a young, fun creative team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Working for a small, rapidly growing digital agency, you will be part of a small team working on the organisation of multiple projects and client communications.

Liaising with clients and the team to agree and schedule work via our internal portal system, organising work & communicating on Slack with our remote team, updating the schedules as required.

Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a strong level of communication with clients through the lifecycle of open projects.

Organising of our internal management system, allocating tasks to appropriate staff members and updating correspondence, timescales, and status on tasks.

Taking calls and liaising with clients where appropriate and updating schedules/workload accordingly.

Where appropriate, attending client meetings and the subsequent follow up correspondence/proposals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience working with/using website content management systems - especially WordPress.
- A basic understanding of how websites work, such as html/CSS.
- At least basic understanding of SEO

**Job Type**: Full-time - 37.5 hours a week

**You will be expected to work at least 4 days in our Surrey Office**

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
